We collect the information you share to assess and deliver your personal preparation strategy: contact details, preparation status, resources, schedule, uploaded files and progress updates.

We use this information only to operate MyPrepGate, communicate about your selected service, process payment, deliver strategy guidance and manage reviews. We do not sell personal information.

Uploaded files are stored privately and are available only to authorised MyPrepGate administrators for service delivery.

After payment is verified, you may set up your student profile with Google. Google is used only to verify your identity; we do not access or store Google email contents, Drive files or other Google data.

Google Analytics runs automatically on public pages to help us understand aggregate site use. It may collect usage information such as pages viewed, browser or device details, referral source and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not intend to send your form answers, uploaded files, payment details or student-profile information to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics may use its own cookies for measurement. Your language choice is stored in a small browser cookie; the website opens in English by default, and you can change the language at any time with the language button.

We may retain service records for administrative, legal and service-continuity purposes. To request a correction or deletion where applicable, contact us using the details shown on the site.
